  1. To qualify for the promotion, you must have an active Costco Canada membership and sign up for a new payment processing account with Elavon Canada between March 1 and April 30, 2026. Merchant accounts must be activated and actively processing payment transactions by May 31, 2026 for a minimum of one week and be in an open status at the time of the incentive credit. A one-time credit of $130 (Executive Members) or $65 (Non-Executive Members) will be applied to your Elavon statement within 60 days after the first deposit date. Limit one credit per customer. Cannot be combined with another offer. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice.   2. Small Business Qualified rate is 1.1%, Qualified rate is 1.45%, Small Business Reward card rate is 1.85%, Reward card rate is 1.99%, Non-qualified rate is 2.07%, Premium card rate is 2.07%, Super Premium and Key entered rate is 2.8% for retail accounts.
